Our Mission

The mission of the San Antonio ILG is to provide leadership, networking, communication, and education to members in establishing and supporting standards of excellence in equal employment opportunity programs and affirmative action compliance. The organization also strives to provide a forum for open communications to foster a spirit of cooperation and trust between employers and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance/U.S. Department of Labor “OFCCP”, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission “EEOC”, Veterans Employment & Training Services (VETS), Office of Disability Employment Programs (ODEP) and related agencies, which will result in greater equal employment opportunity through effective equal employment opportunity, diversity and affirmative action practices and programs.
